You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if you’re not happy with the product or it is defective. A brief explanation helps us improve, but is not required.

How refunds work:

Navigate to our Contact Us form and select "Refund Request" with your order number and explanation of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 CAD for all orders delivered anywhere within Canada. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
