Jade Mist (Wuyuan)
A pan-fired green tea from the Wuyuan County of Jiangxi province in China. This high-quality green tea is savoury, vegetal, and rich without being overpowering. The perfect balance of umami without too much of that seaweed flavour often found in Japanese green teas.
