If you don't like the tea or the tea arrived defective:

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if you’re not happy with the tea. A brief explanation helps us improve, but is not required.

How refunds work:

Navigate to our Contact Us form and select "Refund Request" with your order number and explanation of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 CAD for all orders delivered anywhere within Canada.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your package ships.
