Named after the mountain where this tea originates from, Dong Ding mountain or "Frozen Mountain", this is a renowned Taiwanese oolong tea - creamy, sweet, and nutty. Made with minimal roasting that preserves the smoothness of this tea. The cooler temperatures of the mountain allow this tea to grow slowly resulting in a concentrated bold flavour. Oolongs are known for their ability to be brewed over and over again, and this tea is no different. Continue brewing all day and enjoy the different notes that come out with each brew!
