White Peony (Bai Mu Dan)
A white tea from the mountains of Fuding, China. This tea is often referred to as "White Peony" due to its flowery scent. Consisting of one fluffy silver tea bud and two leaves per pluck of spring shoots, this tea is the perfect balance of mellow and bold. Makes for delicious cold brew tea as well due to its sweet subtle flavour.
